Homework:
Homework is due on the assigned day or on the day you return to class after your absence. Missing homework assignments will count against your final average. It is very important that you come to class fully prepared. Check with each of your unit teachers for specific grading criteria.
Grading:
All major work and due dates will be announced in advance. Tests will cover class and homework assignments. Your average will be a reflection of any or all of the following: tests, quizzes, class work, written work, projects, and other related assignments.
Absences:
Any student absent from class is responsible for notes, class work, assignments, class activities, and tests. You are responsible for your own work. If you need help, do not hesitate to approach your classmates or teachers. We are here to help each other become lifelong learners.
If a teacher believes you are are not taking ownership of your responsibilities as a student, you may:
